How to Prepare

  • We hope you've already done this but, if not, double check to make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date.

You'll want to check this asap.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of this page and fill out the form titled "Guest Details" by Jun 30.

This way we can confirm which days you'll be joining us and (if needed) your dietary restrictions.

  • If you want to avoid higher travel fees, we'd recommend booking your flights as soon as possible. (The price of flight tickets are likely to increase as we get closer to September.)

If you need tips on hotels and/or how to get to Annecy, visit our "Annecy" page (click here). If you still need help, reach out to Milan.

  • Before we privately exchange vows on the morning of our Celebration of Union, we will read any letters that have been submitted to our "Letters + Registry" page (click here).

If you choose to submit a letter, do so by Aug 10.

  • Getting familiar with the French language (even if it's basic!) will make your trip to Annecy even more enjoyable.

To help, we've included some key French phrases we feel are a must-know on our "Annecy" page (click here).

If you're using Duolingo to practice, even better! Feel free to challenge Austin and/or Milan to a Duolingo streak-challenge :P

  • We can't wait to see how you'll show up to our lake-side festivities!

For details around dress code, see our "Welcome Food Tour" page (click here) and "Celebration of Union" page (click here).
